URGENT: If You Have Lyme Disease Please Fill Out CALDA Survey
The following website will take you to a survey for people that have Lyme disease. The survey is being conducted by CALDA (California Lyme Disease Association – see Links page ). It is very important that as many people as possible cooperate to give CALDA more accurate information to use with LDA and ILADS FOR the hearings on Lyme disease that will hopefully begin in the nation’s Capitol early next year.
CALDA is trying to compile information regarding diagnosis, symptoms, tests results, economic impact and insurance statistics.
Please let your voice be heard. The survey is confidential and takes just a few minutes to complete.
