Reliable Energy For Chronic Lyme Disease?
As was true of his earlier editions, the guidelines are a wealth of information from diagnosis to treatment, and especially for the hope it brings for those who may have suffered for years without a diagnosis (as I did).
There are excellent resources regarding recovery which include diet and exercise, some of which will seem illogical compared to your typical fitness training guides. For instance, all aerobic activity if forbidden – including low impact exercises like walking.
We are also encouraged to perform correct exercise technique, including proper warm-up, breathing, joint protection, proper body positioning during the exercise, and how to cool-down and stretch afterwords.
Also, we are told to work one muscle group at a time and perform extensive and extended stretching to each muscle group immediately after each one is exercised, before moving on to the next muscle group.
Personally, I find great satisfaction in using low weights with increasingly more repetitions for my arms – the rest of my body may look like I’ve been in bed for two years but at least my arms can be toned (vanity, vanity…I prefer to call it “improving self esteem!)
A comprehensive list of supplements are given which includes ordering information. One product in particular (new in this edition) is “NT Factor.”
Dr. Burrascano writes, “This product addresses the mitochondrial damage thought to underlie the metabolic dysfunction associated with chronic diseases which, in patients with tick-borne illnesses, is manifest by fatigue and neurological dysfunction. It is the single most reliable agent I have found that can give noticeably increased energy levels.”
“When supplements known to support neurological function are added (see below), improved cognition and memory often result. Effects will be noted in two to three weeks. It also contains high quality prebiotics and probiotics.”
For those of us with neurological Lyme disease and the crippling neuropathic pain that goes along with it, our doctors can use a certain family of opiates to relieve the pain, but the profound weakness continues to limit the quality of life and makes it impossible to find any sense of normalcy in our lives.
“NT Factor” appears to be a shining light in the dark pit of chronic fatigue. I for one, can hardly wait to try it.
Usually priced close to $50/jar of 90 tablets, I have found a special at $9.59 for 90 tablets here.
Check it out – I have no idea how long this special will last.
90 tablets of NT Factor for $9.59!
Glutathione is hailed as a great energy producing product, however, it is worthless taken orally. You may as well flush your money down the toilet rather than purchase oral glutathione no matter what anyone tells you.
Many people swear by B12 shots which may be helpful for some, but others have aversions to shots. [(OK, I admit it, I'm a sissy about needles and always plead for butterfly needles to minimize the sting!] I do promote sublingual B complex for ease of use and instant gratification. Either Max Stress B by Premier Research Products or No Shot B12 by World Organics.
My favorite energy supplement for now is Gold 360 which you can read about in my free ebook which I have used for about a year now. It has numerous side effects such as clarity of thought, organ function (especially the heart) and even enhanced libido!
Please send comments on your favorite energy supplement!

I read a GREAT story of a lady using Mangosteen as a recovery supplement.
“Since I have been taking mangosteen and minerals my recovery has been awesome! I can train day after day and I feel less fatigue than I ever have before. I have been racing faster too!
My energy level has increased and I sleep much better at night. Mangosteen and Minerals is the best! I will never go without it.”
