Everything in moderation...just don't go overboard! And be super-duper careful of your local source - make sure that pesticides aren't used on any crops nearby, that is why the New Zealand honey is considered so pure...we have some pretty pure honey in Maine too but if you use organic, non-toxic honey you r body will thank you.
Blessings,
Jenna

Hi Jenna,

Newly found your website ... a plethora of information! So big thanks for that.

I am reading your bits about weight loss (and hair loss)and the use of honey/cinnamon, and just have to ask ... really? I always plop honey in the same category as other sugars. If I engage in a high protein/no starch/sugar diet, won't my use of honey (and I have access to super pure raw local source) go against this protocol? Just need some reassurance.

Thanks much!

I muscle test and believe Cassia (Cinnamomum cassia) essential oil kills Lyme spirochetes. I think lime (no error) essential oil and some forms of peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita) also kill the Lyme spirochetes. I am about ready to try sweet fennel in an attempt to prevent the spirochetes from going into the cyst form.
I already use Howood essential oil because I believe it may help penetrate the Lyme cell walls and carry the killer lime, cassia and peppermint oils into the spirochetes. I use fenugreek essential oil because I believe it may help penetrate the cyst cell walls and carry in the lime. cassia and peppermint oils into the cysts.
If you try any of these, BE SURE to start with a TINY bit. Like, mix 1 drop with several drops of a carrier oil like almond or olive and put one drop (or less) of this diluted mixture on your skin. I have seen people herx on 1/8 drop of the combination I use. Increase dose slowly. Sometimes day one is fine and day two or three is awful with herxing.
Personally, I have worked up to 15 drops multiple times daily orally also (with food---that cassia is HOT). I use red raspberry leaf tincture to bind up some of the Lyme toxins. Premier Research Labs makes a product called "Liver Nano-Detox" that I believe helps the body metabolize at least some Lyme toxins.
I also use Rife type frequencies on myself which I believe break down Lyme toxins (mold toxins too).
I also limit my intake of niacin because I believe at least some forms of Lyme impair the body's ability to properly metabolize niacin (not sure about miacinamide, suspect a possible problem there too). NADP or NADPH are substitutes. Of course someone needs to to muscle test you for which of the NAD forms you need. So send your muscle tester to www.metabolics.com in the UK if you need test vials for NADP or NADPH. You can buy the NADP and NADPH supplements there too (until Codex messes it up for us) until the Lyme is low enough in your body to handle niacin or niacinamide again.

Raw honey is best with all enzymes intact. Regular honey from the grocery store is heated when refined and much of it's good properties are destroyed.

Hi Nancee-
There have been many, many studies done on the curative and strengthening properties of honey that go against our understanding of straight fructose and glucose. For instance, the University at Copenhagen found that over 70% of chronic arthritis sufferers were relieved of pain from small but regular dosing of honey; Weekly World News in January of 1995 reported that diabetes patients could safely take honey doses therapeutically, and recent research in Japan and Australia have actual cases of advanced stomach and bone cancer being cured. (sorry, I don't have the exact reference).

More and more research is being done with promising results, however, as in all purchasing decisions, pure products are preferred over refined, and with honey, if the bees collect nectar from flowers that are sprayed with pesticides, the resulting honey would be undesirable.

Where I live in Maine, the bees pollinate using wild clover and leave a very mild flavor. New Zealand boasts of the most pure and flavorful honey called Manuka Honey. It tastes unlike any honey you have ever tasted!

This article recomends honey for infection. But can cancer patients take honey. I read in cancer tutor that honey contains simple sugars, the fructose (38 percent) and glucose (31 percent) feed cancer cells. Please comment on this.
