miraculously it eases the pain and heals people in a remarkably short time. True. I don't know how EFT does that but it just something like that - heal you fast. I read in my free tapping eBook that we have to do tapping every now and then to just have that positive vibe in you and be able to positively affect other people.

Thanks for the great article. I’d never heard about the Emotional Freedom Technique until this article, but it seems very beneficial. How long does it take to ease into something like this? Thank you for sharing this method for compassion.

Hi,

I was wondering if you had done this or are doing this for Lyme?? I jst stumbled across EFT and tried it… I also have lyme so I am wondering how you were doing with it??
